Check-In & Check-Out • Check-in: 4:00 PM or later • Check-out: 10:00 AM • Early check-in or late checkout must be approved in advance and is subject to availability. • Unauthorized late checkout may result in a $100 fee, plus any additional costs caused by the delay.

Parking • Free parking is available at the home and is limited to a maximum of two vehicles. No trailers or RVs permitted.

Occupancy • Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. • Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight at the property. • The booking guest is responsible for everyone in their party.

No Parties or Events • Parties, events, and disruptive gatherings are not permitted. • Please respect our neighbors and community at all times.

Quiet Hours • Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. • Please keep outdoor and pool-area noise to a reasonable level, especially during quiet hours.

No Smoking or Vaping • Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the home. • This includes cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, e-cigarettes, and vaping devices. • Evidence of smoking inside the home may result in a minimum $500 smoke-remediation charge, subject to the costs required to restore the property.

Pets • Pets are not permitted. • Service animals are accommodated in accordance with applicable law and Airbnb policy.

Private Pool • Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. • No diving, running, or horseplay around the pool. • No food, oils, bath products, or soaps in the pool. Please shower before entering the pool when possible. • Please avoid entering the pool with excessive dirt, sand, lotion, make up or tanning products • No glass in the pool or screened pool area. • Please use the provided pool towels outdoors rather than bath towels. • Swimming is at your own risk. • If the pool requires excessive cleaning, draining, refilling, or servicing due to guest misuse, excessive dirt / debris, prohibited substances, or damage during your stay additional maintenance costs may be requested through Air BnB to cover the cost of restoring the pool for future guests

Respect the Home • Please do not move furniture or remove items from the property. • No glitter or confetti. • Please report accidental damage promptly—we understand that accidents happen. • Guests may be responsible for damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning beyond normal use.

Community Amenities • Please observe all posted community rules and amenity hours. • Children must be appropriately supervised. • Please be courteous to residents and other guests.

Before You Leave We keep checkout simple. Please place trash in the designated receptacle, load and start the dishwasher, gather used towels as directed, turn off lights and electronics, close and lock windows and doors, and make sure you have all personal belongings.
