The sleeping arrangements include a king bed in the primary bedroom and a queen bed in the second bedroom, with an additional queen sleeper sofa in the living room to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. The interior layout includes separate living and dining areas, and guests may enjoy a private balcony or patio with views of the valley or mountains depending on availability.

• Primary guest must be 21+ with a valid government ID and credit card for a refundable damage deposit.
• Parking: On-site parking is $30 daily per vehicle. Maximum vehicle height is 7 feet; oversized vehicles must use the ParkMobile app for Lot 1185.
• Policies: This is a smoke-free and pet-free resort (service animals welcome). Family pets are prohibited and will result in a $500 Room Recovery Fee. Smoking or vaping may result in a $250 cleaning charge.
• Notice: The resort will undergo villa refurbishment from Sept. 7 to Nov. 25, 2026, with daytime construction noise expected.
