Discover the magic of the Rocky Mountains at Timberline Condominiums, a gorgeous retreat nestled at an altitude of 8,800 feet in Snowmass Village, Colorado. This third-floor corner unit offers a spectacular escape where natural light and views of snow-draped pines spill in from two sides, creating a serene atmosphere for your mountain getaway.

Designed to accommodate up to 7 guests, the layout features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main level hosts two private bedrooms: a master suite featuring a spacious king bed, a comfortable reading chair, and an ensuite bathroom with a separate sink for added privacy, as well as a welcoming second bedroom with a comfortable queen bed located across from the second bathroom's shower and tub combination. For those traveling with children, the cozy loft area upstairs provides three twin beds, making it a perfect option for families.

The heart of the home is a spectacular great room that evokes a classy mountain chalet feel with its vaulted ceilings and wooden floors throughout the kitchen. A grand stone gas fireplace serves as the focal point, nestled between soaring walls of windows and glass doors. The open-concept living area flows seamlessly into a dining space with seating for six, and a spacious kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, plenty of counter space, and a peninsula with four additional stools.

Guests have full access to the lodge facilities, including a swimming pool and hot tub for relaxing after a day on the slopes. The property provides a front desk staff for all your needs and bell staff available for pickups from the Aspen/Snowmass Airport. For local convenience, Timberline offers free shuttle rides around the village, including trips to the grocery store located just 5 minutes away. A short walk down the hill will lead you to various shops and restaurants, and The Edge Restaurant and Bar is available on-site during peak season.

• Parking: Located across the road; free during summer, but subject to a daily fee during the winter ski season (Thanksgiving through closing day).
• Rules: No pets allowed. No A/C (floor fans are provided). No elevators are available on-site; please request assistance with luggage if needed.
• Laundry: Coin-operated washers and dryers are available in two separate locations within the lodge (no in-unit machines).
• Registration: Guests will receive a secure pre-arrival registration link five days before check-in to provide a credit card for incidentals.
