Special touches include walk-in showers, a double vanity in the primary suite, and direct balcony access to the pool deck or front porch. The home is engineered for accessibility and ease, featuring a residential 4-stop elevator that connects the ground level parking—accommodating up to six vehicles—to the living quarters and the rooftop.
