Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please note that AWD or 4WD capable vehicles are required from November through April. This unit utilizes a building-wide evaporative cooling system governed by the HOA, which is active from May to September when outdoor temperatures are above 65 degrees. Other rules include a strict no-pets, no-smoking, and no-party policy. Quiet hours are enforced from 10 PM to 8 AM. There is a $30 fee for early check-in, subject to availability.
