• Bedroom 1 (Main Level): King Bed with an ensuite bath and Smart TV
• Bedroom 2 (Main Level): King Bed and Smart TV
• Bedroom 3 (2nd Level): King Bed and Smart TV
• Bedroom 4 (2nd Level): Bunkbed (Full over extra-long single) plus an extra-long single with a trundle bed and Smart TV
• Bedroom 5 (2nd Level): Bunkbed (twin over twin) and Smart TV

• Stays over 30 days require a mid-stay clean every 30 days at the guest's expense

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable $300 payment is required at booking (refundable only within 72 hours of booking). Full payment is required if arrival is within 30 days. Cancellations or changes within 30 days of arrival forfeit the entire reservation amount. For stays of 30+ nights, this window increases to 60 days. Travel insurance is available.
