Television: There is an LG remote for the TV, please only use the power button and the volume controls.

Hot tub: Please strictly adhere to the following rule for your health, safety and comfort.

• Always be sure to shower before entering the hot tub to avoid bringing in oils from skin care products as this can change the chemical balance of the water and / or turn the water cloudy.
• Shower afterwards for hygiene and to remove any irritants from your skin.
• Spend no longer than 20 minutes at a time in the tub to avoid overheating.
• No more than 6 people in the hot tub at a time.
• DO NOT use the hot tub if you have external cuts or infections.
• DO NOT bring glass to the hot tub, there are plastic glasses in the kitchen which you can use outside. Needless to say, DO NOT bring food in to the hot tub.
• DO NOT adjust the temperature of the hot tub, it is configured for optimum efficiency. In particular, the hot tub it is not a children's paddling pool, dropping the temperature as such is strictly forbidden, time taken to reheat will impact subsequent guests - please be considerate.
• DO NOT jump or dive in the hot tub or otherwise doing anything to cause water to be removed, large drops in water level can damage the pumps and refilling the water and time taken to reheat will impact the following guests - again please be considerate.
• You can use the sound system in the hot tub and connect your phone with Bluetooth. Press the power button and cycle through the inputs till it displays “BT”. Hold down button “3” to enter pairing mode to pair your phone.

Overuse or abuse will also cause the tub water to turn cloudy and may render the tub unusable. Tubs that require excessive cleaning will be emptied and cleaned at the expense of the renter, and may deny you the use of the tub for at least 24-hours. Our hot tub is on a regular cleaning schedule. On rare occasions, you may not be able to use the tub for a short time after it has been serviced. We apologize for this inconvenience, but it is necessary to keep the tubs sanitized.

Fire Pit: You’re welcome to use the fire pit but it's essential to first check and ensure that burns are permitted, not just because of air quality but because of the recent fires in California

Checkout: Checkout MUST occur before 11am. Please adhere strictly to this rule out of respect for my cleaning team and the next guests. Failure to comply will result in a $200 fee.
