• Pets are not allowed
• Mandatory minimum stay of 3 nights during: Christmas, School breaks, Easter, National Patriot's Day, St-Jean Baptiste Day, Canada Day, Labour Day, and Thanksgiving
• No arrivals permitted on December 25th and January 1st
• Guest capacity must not be exceeded
• Shared common areas (spa, pool, sauna) require time slot bookings once on site

Maintenance personnel may be present outside the chalet Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., for groundskeeping and waste management, ensuring your retreat remains pristine while respecting your privacy.
