This 41-square-meter residence is a real feast for the eyes, finished in a very modern style with shades of white and gray, accented by interesting sea accessories that give character to the entire location.

The apartment is thoughtfully arranged to accommodate up to 4 guests. The layout features 1 bedroom with a large double bed and a discreetly placed wardrobe for personal belongings, along with 1 bathroom that is bright, clean, and spacious, featuring a relaxing glass shower cabin. The main living area is a huge living room centered around a beautiful, fold-out sofa, making it an ideal spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing or a busy working day.

For your convenience, the space includes:

• Large TV with a wide range of programs
• Fast wifi network
• Kitchenette with high-class household appliances, including a set of pots, frying pan, and cutlery
• Dining area with a table and comfortable chairs
• Elevator access to the apartment

Located next to the new Hotel Sadova and the Academy of Music, this location is perfect for walking and sightseeing. Younger guests will also enjoy the nearby outdoor playground.

Practical Information: Check-in is fully remote via a key locker anytime after 3:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Guests are asked to provide their arrival time, number of guests, and preferred payment method (bank transfer, card, or cash) prior to arrival, and to call one hour before arriving.

House Rules & Fees:

• Pets are allowed for a fee of 100 PLN (must be confirmed in advance)
• No smoking
• No parties or events
• A security deposit of 300 PLN is required via card pre-authorization on arrival
• A service fee of 220 PLN and a city tax of 3.31 PLN per person per night are added to the price
• Optional additions: Extra bed (120 PLN), baby cot (70 PLN), or high chair (30 PLN) for the entire stay
