Important Guest Information: Parking is $25 per day with a one-vehicle limit, and on-site parking cannot be guaranteed. Off-site parking is available for an additional fee. Please note that neighboring construction noise will impact the property through July 2025, and the MountainSide Pool will be closed March 31 through June 15, 2025, for refurbishment. The guest checking in must be 21+ years old with a valid credit card for the refundable damage deposit. Service animals are welcome, but pets are not permitted and will result in a Room Recovery Fee. You may be invited to attend a timeshare presentation, which you can politely decline. Suite assignments cannot be guaranteed at specific locations, and your unit may be mobility accessible. All guests must accept additional resort terms, conditions, taxes, and fees upon arrival.
