The property is steps from the sand, dining, and shopping, and just minutes from the ultra-luxury Bal Harbour Shops. For those seeking nightlife, Collins Avenue provides quick access to the iconic scene in South Beach. The area is renowned for its world-class restaurants, cultural destinations, and pristine white sand beaches. Guests can explore the city via the SIBshuttle, a free community service connecting visitors to Aventura, Hallandale Beach, and North Miami Beach. The location is ideally situated between Miami and Fort Lauderdale International airports, with Gulfstream Park and Hard Rock Stadium both within a short drive.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. The primary guest must be 21 years or older to book. Please be aware that Condo-Hotel fees are not included in the booking and must be paid at check-in: Valet Parking ($35 + 13% tax per day), Resort Fee ($35 + 13% tax), and an Admin Fee ($10 + 13% tax per day). A refundable security deposit may also be required.

Strict house rules apply to maintain this private residence: no pets (violation: $400 fine), no smoking inside (violation: $200 minimum fee), and no parties or excessive noise (violation: $175 fine). Guests are asked to wash dishes and remove trash upon departure to avoid a $60 fine. Early check-in (from 11:00 AM) is available for $100, and late check-out (until 2:30 PM) is available for $250, both subject to availability. Unannounced late check-outs incur a $75 fine. A Pack 'n Play is available upon request for $30.

Note: There is currently construction on an adjacent property, which may cause occasional daytime noise.
