The layout features 1 bedroom with a spacious king bed outfitted with nice linens, along with 1 bathroom and a comfortable sofa sleeper to accommodate a total of 4 guests. The interior is defined by a pleasing neutral tone, featuring whitewashed wood beam ceilings, white walls, and clean lines. In the living area, you can relax on a spacious L-shaped sectional sofa in front of the gas fireplace or utilize the dedicated desk for any work needs while enjoying scenic mountain views through a wall of glass doors. Step outside onto the private patio to soak in the landscape and fresh mountain air.

The well-equipped kitchen is open to the living room and offers a high-end feel with stainless steel appliances and quality countertops. The large island provides ample counterspace for preparing meals and includes seating for four for casual dining. The recently remodeled bathroom features a glass and tile shower with a soothing rain showerhead, perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes.

While the unit itself is a private sanctuary, guests have access to the wonderful lodge facilities. You can spend your afternoons at the swimming pool and hot tub while taking in the surrounding views. For convenience, Timberline provides free shuttle rides around the village, including trips to the grocery store just five minutes away. A short walk down the hill leads you to various local shops and restaurants, and The Edge Restaurant and Bar is available on-site during peak season.

Practical details include check-in at 4:00 PM and check-out at 10:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed to ensure the comfort of all guests. The building does not have elevators or A/C, though floor fans are provided to keep the space cool. Laundry is available via coin-operated machines in two separate locations on-site. Parking is located across the road; it is free during the summer but requires a daily fee during the winter ski season from Thanksgiving through the closing of Snowmass Mountain. Professional front desk and bell staff are available to assist with luggage and airport pickups from Aspen/Snowmass Airport.
