The second bedroom provides twin beds and shared bathroom access, while the third bedroom features a queen bed and a shared bath. Every bedroom is equipped with its own flat-screen TV for your convenience.

Step inside to a bright and cozy living room featuring sofa seating and a 30" flat-screen TV, which opens directly to the pool area via patio doors. For dining, there is a dedicated area that seats 6, paired with a fully equipped kitchen providing everything needed to cook and serve meals at home.

Outdoor living is at its best in the private screened pool and spa area. This space is designed for total relaxation and fun, featuring two sun loungers for soaking up the sun, an outdoor dining table for 4 under a shaded lanai, and a pool safety fence for added peace of mind. Please note that gas pool heat is available with a 3-day minimum requirement and is not included in the daily rate; heating is highly recommended from October through May.

Located within the Tuscan Hills gated community, guests have access to a clubhouse, fitness center, and children's play area.

No overnight street parking, parking on grass/sidewalks, or commercial vehicles (RVs, buses, trailers, boats). Violations may result in a $75 fee or towing at the guest's expense.
