• This home is not recommended for guests with mobility concerns as stairs are required.
• Pet Policy: Up to 2 dogs welcome; fee is $40 per day (max $250 per stay).
• No air conditioning is provided, as is common for the area.
• Minimum booking age: 25
• Stays over 30 days require a paid mid-stay clean every 30 days.
