This impressive three-level home is designed for both gathering and privacy. The main floor features a spacious living area with vaulted ceilings and an abundance of natural sunlight streaming through numerous windows. At the heart of the home is a fully-equipped chef's kitchen that opens directly into the dining and living areas, ensuring you stay connected with your group. A grand dining table provides ample space for the entire party to enjoy meals together.

The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed across the levels to accommodate up to 8 guests. The third-floor loft serves as an open-air bedroom featuring a king bed with plush linens. The lower level houses three additional bedrooms, including a luxurious primary suite complete with a king bed, a newly remodeled en suite bathroom, a massive walk-in closet, and a private walk-out patio. Two further private bedrooms offer comfortable queen beds and share a third bathroom.

Located in a beautiful mountain setting, the property is surrounded by the natural splendor of the Elk Mountains. Please be aware that the owners occupy an adjacent space on the property, though there are no shared areas, and the exterior is under 24-hour surveillance for security.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Strictly no pets, animals, smoking, drugs, or vapor devices due to severe allergies and property policies. Violations may result in a $500 fine and immediate eviction without refund.
• Recreational gear (skis, bikes, etc.) is strictly prohibited inside the home; please use the provided locked shed.
• No open flames are permitted on the property due to high wildfire risk.
• The yard is not fully fenced; children must be supervised at all times, especially around the home's well.
• A House Rules document must be signed and returned within days of booking to complete your reservation.
