• Minimum booking age: 25
• Pets: Maximum of 2 dogs allowed; pet fee is $40 per day (capped at $250 per stay)
• AC: This home does not have air conditioning; temperatures are managed with fans and open windows
• Booking Policy: A non-refundable $300 payment is required at the time of booking (refundable only within 72 hours of booking). If the arrival date is within 30 days, full payment is required upfront
• Cancellation Policy: Changes or cancellations within 30 days of arrival forfeit the entire reservation amount. Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance forfeit the initial $300 deposit. For stays of 30+ nights, this window increases to 60 days
• Special Offer: A 10% discount is automatically applied for stays of 7+ nights (excludes 4th of July and Christmas/New Year's holidays)
