For ultimate relaxation, a second bathroom is located in the basement, boasting a large hydromassage bathtub, toilet, bidet, sink, and washing machine.

Living spaces are designed for both leisure and authentic local flavor. The living room overlooks a balcony and includes a sofa and TV. A unique highlight of the property is the tavern, which is furnished with original tools from the Laghèè artisans. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, fridge, oven, toaster, electric kettle, American coffee machine, Italian coffee maker, and all necessary utensils.

Outside, the property offers a garden with a large table for dining and two deckchairs, providing a stunning view over the entire northern part of Lake Como.
