The experience begins as you park in your designated spot behind the building and enter through a wooden gate into a private, enclosed courtyard, where you will find your graffitied boxcar unit waiting to the left.

Because of its prime location, the boxcar is situated directly behind an event venue that occasionally operates as an upscale bar during high-capacity arena events. Guests should be aware that noise from these events may occur and can last as late as midnight; we recommend that those sensitive to noise consider this before booking.

Practical details for your stay:

• Parking: Space is limited to one vehicle per unit. A parking pass provided at check-in must be displayed in the front window to avoid being towed at the owner's expense. A $20 charge applies if the pass is not returned upon checkout.
• Clothing Care: Please note that a steamer is provided for your convenience instead of a traditional iron and board.
