ENGLISH VERSION

• Check-in from 11:00 AM just to drop off your luggage and park your car. The house will be cleaned until 03:00 PM and at 03:00 PM it will be clean and perfect for you.
• If you need to check in between 11:00 AM and 03:00 PM, you can come to the apartment to drop off your luggage and park your car. You will then have to return to the apartment once the apartment is clean and perfect for you from 03:00 PM onwards.
• IDENTITY DOCUMENTS: once the booking is confirmed, a link will be sent to you on the platform to provide the identity documents of all guests and perform facial recognition. It is mandatory to provide the documents of all guests and perform face recognition by the date of check-in, otherwise it will not be possible to legally have access to the apartment; in accordance with the law art. 109 of the TULPS (Consolidated Law on Public Security) states that "... The landlord can only give access to the apartment to people who have provided a valid identification document and have been verified." The documents' information will be sent to the police and city hall for public security.
• BEDS ARRANGEMENT: for groups of up to 2 people, only a double bed will be prepared. If you want to use also the sofa bed for personal preference, there is an additional charge of 30 EURO to be paid on the platform. The request must be received via the platform by the day before your check-in, otherwise we will not be able to fulfill the request. For groups of 3 or 4 people, however, a sofa bed will also be prepared at no extra cost.
• It is forbidden to use the sofa bed as a bed during your stay without authorization or linens.
• Follow the instructions to self-check-in to get in the apartment and take the garage keys. Three days before your check-in date, you'll receive the link for the self-check-in instructions on the platform. Check-in can also be done late in the evening.
• Self check-in is available from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. After 10:00 PM, you can still complete self check-in independently, but phone and platform chat support will not be available. Our support hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
• Outside the 9:00 AM–10:00 PM time frame, we are not reachable, either by phone or via the chat platform. If you have any needs or issues during those hours, you will need to contact us again once support is available.
• Check-out no later than 10:00 AM. Turn off the lights and air conditioning, close all windows and the apartment door, leave the garage keys in the safety box on the door. Lock the door with the "back" button on the keypad, next to the number 9. Please note that you need to take away your garbage at check out.
• It is required to communicate the time of arrival at least the day before your arrival.
• Respect the property and keep it clean.
• Turn off the lights and air conditioning every time you leave the apartment.
• Close the windows and close the front door every time you leave the apartment. We are not responsible for your personal belongings in the event of a break-in or theft.
• We can offer a baby travel cot free of charge if requested prior to your stay. Please note that blankets and sheets for the cot will not be provided. You will need to bring your own. The request must be received via the platform by the day before your check-in, otherwise we will not be able to fulfill the request.
• It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the apartment or on the stairs, in accordance with art. 51 of Law no. 3 of 16 January 2003 "Health protection of non-smokers".
• Respect the neighbours, don't run up the stairs and keep your voice and music low during the quiet hours (10.00 PM -09.00 AM).
• Do not leave dirty dishes or garbage in the house at check-out. It is necessary to take away the garbage at check out and do recycling.
• RECYCLING: In the inner courtyard, you will find all the bins, which are also listed in the welcome guide available in the apartment:

White Basket = Paper. Green Basket = Glass. Basket with transparent white bag = Mixed. Basket with yellow bag = Plastic.

IMPORTANT! ADDITIONAL CHARGES

• EURO 50 (Only in case of emergency due to loss of garage keys or emergency keys or other reasons that require our intervention due to negligence).
• EURO 100 in case of UNAUTHORIZED LATE CHECK-OUT. It is strictly forbidden to check out later than 10 AM if not previously agreed with us over the platform. Moreover, it will be charged an additional 100 euros for every additional hour of delay. (e.g. 2h in late 200 euros, 3h in late 300 euros).
• EURO 30 (Only if requested) to use the sofa bed for preference reasons (e.g. two people do not want to sleep in the same bed and the sofa bed is required). Valid for groups of up to 2 people. It does not apply to groups of 3 or 4 people.
• Euro 50 in case of dirty dishes, leftover food or trash left in the apartment. It is required to clean the dishes, throw away trash and recycle it in the proper bins in the courtyard.

If these charges are due, they will be requested through the platform website. Cash will not be accepted.

ITALIAN VERSION

• Check-in from 11:00 AM only to leave bags and park the car. The house will be cleaned until 3pm and 3pm will be clean and perfect for you.
• If you have to check in between 11:00 am and 3:00 pm, you can come to the apartment to leave your bags and park your car. You will then have to return to the apartment once the apartment is clean and perfect for you from 3:00 pm onwards.
• IDENTITY DOCUMENTS: upon confirmed booking, you will be sent a link to provide the identity document data of all guests and carry out identity recognition with selfie videos. It is mandatory to provide the documents of all guests and to complete the identity verification process using a selfie video by the check-in date; otherwise, you will not be granted access to the apartment. This requirement is in accordance with Article 109 of the T.U.L.P.S. (Consolidated Law on Public Security), which states that “…the owner of a dwelling may only accommodate persons who have provided a valid identification document and have been verified.”
• BEDS: For groups of up to 2 people, only the double bed will be made up. If you also want the sofa bed for personal preferences, there is an additional cost of 30 EUROS to be paid on the platform. The request must be received by platform by the day before your check-in, otherwise we will not be able to accommodate the request. For groups of 3 or 4 people, on the other hand, the sofa bed included in the price will also be prepared.

• Follow the instructions to self check-in to enter the apartment and take the keys to the garage. Instructions will be sent to you on the platform three days before your check-in date. Check in can also be done late in the evening.
• Self check-in time is from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. After 10:00 p.m., it is still possible to self-check-in independently, but telephone or chat assistance on the platform will not be guaranteed. Our support times are from 9am to 10pm.
• Outside the 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. time slot, we are not available, either by phone or via chat on the platform. In case of need or reports made during these hours, it will be necessary to contact us again when the support service reopens.
• Check-out no later than 10:00 a.m. Turn off lights and air conditioning, close all windows and apartment door and leave the garage keys in the lockbox on the door. Close the door with the "back" button on the keypad, next to key 9. Please note that it is necessary to take out the garbage at check-out.

• Respect the neighborhood, do not run on the stairs and keep your voice and music low during quiet hours (10:00 - 09:00).
• At check-out, do not leave dirty dishes, leftover food or garbage in the house. It is necessary to take out the garbage at check-out and do the recycling.
• SEPARATE WASTE COLLECTION: in the internal courtyard there are all the baskets and they are indicated in the welcome guide present in the apartment:

White basket = Paper. Green Trash = Glass Transparent white bag basket = Undifferentiated Basket with yellow bag = Plastic

IMPORTANT! ADDITIONAL FEES

• EURO 50 (Only in case of emergency for loss of garage keys or emergency keys or other reasons that ask for our intervention due to negligence).
• EURO 100 in case of late check-out not authorized more than one hour after the scheduled time (10 am) and for an additional EURO 100 at each hour, or fraction of the hour, additional. In fact, it is strictly forbidden to check out after 10am, unless it has previously been arranged with us through the platform. This expense will increase by 100 euros for every other hour, or fraction of it, additional delay after checkout.
• Euro 30 (only if required) for the use of the sofa bed for preferred reason (ex: two people do not want to sleep in the same bed and the prepared sofa bed is required). Valid for groups up to 2 people. It does not apply to groups of 3 or 4 people.

If these amounts are due, they will be required through the platform. Amounts will not be accepted in cash.
