Discover the serenity of Mt Sopris Cabin at Filoha Meadows, a peaceful Redstone retreat nestled within the breathtaking beauty of Colorado. Surrounded by sun-filled wildflower meadows and the magic of fireflies at night, this getaway offers the perfect opportunity to unwind and reconnect with nature in a setting so stunning it once inspired Disney filmmakers for the movie 'Tall Tales.'

This one-bedroom, one-bathroom cabin is designed to accommodate up to four guests. The sleeping arrangements include a rejuvenating queen-size bed in the primary bedroom, while a comfortable futon in the living area provides a restful night's stay for additional visitors.

Inside, the main living area is highlighted by an abundance of light and serene tree-lined views. For your convenience, the cabin includes a basic kitchenette equipped with a fridge, microwave, and coffeemaker, perfect for preparing delicious dishes to please every palate. Outside, you can breathe in the fresh air on your private deck or enjoy a meal prepared on the gas BBQ while streaming your favorite tunes via WiFi.

One of the most enchanting features of the property is the access to on-site shared hot springs, consisting of two tiled hot tubs filled with spring water, shared with a few other cabins on the grounds.

Located in the Redstone Historic District, you are just steps from the Filoha Meadows Open Space. Guests can spend their days watching elk, deer, and numerous bird species roam, or exploring the Crystal River Valley. Depending on the season, you can enjoy snowshoeing, Nordic skiing, kayaking along the river, or fly fishing. For a local treat, visit Marble's Slow Groov'n BBQ to try their famous Marble Mac & Cheese. Please note that the Filoha Meadows Open Space is open to the public from July through September; from October through May, the area is closed for wildlife preservation.

• Rules: This is a non-smoking property; smoking of any substance is prohibited in the cabin and anywhere on the property. As this is a shared property, please keep noise levels to a minimum to be courteous to neighbors.
• Important Notes: Due to the rural location, cell service may be unavailable. Four-wheel drive is required during the winter months, and guests are advised to fuel up in Carbondale before heading to the retreat.
