The primary bedroom serves as a private sanctuary with its own ensuite and an oversized sliding door walkout leading directly to the deck.

For relaxation and entertainment, the fully finished lower level is a highlight, featuring a pine interior and a dedicated cedar Spa Room. This serene space is equipped with an 8-person hot tub, a cedar sauna, and a convenient shower, all while offering beautiful lake views through an oversized sliding door. Guests can also enjoy the lower-level living room, which is complete with a pool table for socializing and games.

Outside, the property is a rare gem boasting 700 feet of prime shoreline and a large sandy beach, perfect for fantastic swimming and lounging. The expansive 90-foot deck with elegant glass railings wraps around the cottage, providing panoramic views from every angle. Location & Neighborhood: Located approximately 30 minutes south of Bancroft, the property sits on a private point of land on Cashel Lake. With only 41 cottages on the entire lake and a significant portion being Crown Land, guests enjoy amazing privacy. The limestone-based, crystal-clear lake is weed-free and excellent for fishing for bass and lake trout. For sports enthusiasts, the Bancroft and Madoc areas offer three local golf courses. In winter, the property becomes a wonderland for ice fishing and snowmobiling, with direct access to the Egan Creek Trail.

• Primary renter must be at least 35 years of age
• No smoking, no pets, and no parties or events
• No groups of individuals allowed
• Rental contract required
• Guests must provide their own towels
• A-Frame guest house water is available from May 15 to the weekend after Thanksgiving
• While a cleaning service is provided, guests are required to leave the home in a neat, clean, and tidy state to avoid extra charges
