The second bedroom provides two comfortable full-size beds, and the living area includes a sleeper sectional couch with a queen-sized pull-out mattress. Floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the living space ensure you can always take in the stunning views.

This recently renovated home is equipped for a seamless stay, featuring a fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances, a convenient washer/dryer combo, and central air conditioning. Both full bathrooms include spacious walk-in showers. For entertainment, the unit is furnished with brand-new smart TVs offering cable and streaming services like Netflix and Amazon. During the cooler months, open the balcony doors to let in the refreshing coastal air.

Located within the amazing Jupiter Bay resort, guests have access to scenic walking paths, an on-site restaurant, two large swimming pools (East and West), and a hot tub. The West pool is conveniently located next to the Twisted Tuna. For your convenience, beach essentials including towels, chairs, pool noodles, and a cooler are provided. If you wish to grill, a resort grill is available via a one-week advance reservation and $50 deposit, or you can enjoy the free charcoal grills at the nearby Carlin Park.

The property is situated in a very safe neighborhood within walking distance of Jupiter's Riverwalk, Jupiter Beach, the "Funky Fishing Village," and the Intracoastal Waterway. Carlin Park, featuring its heart trail, amphitheater, and beautiful beaches, is just a 10-minute walk or 2-minute drive away.

• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Parking: One complimentary parking permit is included. Additional vehicles require an HOA permit at a one-time fee of $25 per vehicle. Please provide vehicle make, model, and license plate number.
• Registration: All guests must complete the Jupiter Bay Condominium Association (HOA) Guest and Lease Registration Form via DocuSign and provide a photo of a valid government-issued ID.
• House Rules: No pets allowed. No parties or large gatherings. Commercial vehicles and pickup trucks over a half-ton are not permitted overnight. Boats, trailers, motorcycles, golf carts, RVs, and buses are strictly prohibited on the property.
