Multiple families will appreciate the second living space in the loft, which includes a seating area, TV, and a queen pull-out sofa.

Indoor-outdoor living is at the heart of this home. The main living space opens onto a huge deck featuring a gas firepit and outdoor dining table, perfect for enjoying amazing views in all directions. Additional outdoor spaces include a second smaller deck off the main living area and a private deck off the Master Bedroom.

While the property does not have AC (common for this elevation), temperatures are easily managed with fans and open windows during the cool Colorado nights. Guests will enjoy a fully stocked kitchen and the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer with detergent provided.

Location & Neighborhood Ideally situated for adventure, the condo is located less than 2 miles north of Purgatory Resort, making it a prime spot for skiing, snowboarding, and hiking. It is also approximately 26 miles (less than 30 minutes) north of downtown Durango and 25 miles south of Silverton. Guests can take advantage of a complimentary ski shuttle to Purgatory Resort during the ski season (first come, first serve).
