This spacious one-floor residence spans 1,240 square feet and is designed to accommodate up to 6 guests. The layout features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, ensuring plenty of space for your group. The master suite is a true sanctuary, boasting a Queen-size bed, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom complete with double sinks and a glass-enclosed shower. The second bedroom provides flexible sleeping arrangements with 2 Twin-size beds and its own closet. For additional guests, the living area includes a comfortable Queen-size sofa bed. The home is completed by a second bathroom featuring a bathtub and dual sinks.

3. No unregistered visitors or guests. The maximum capacity of the property is 6 people.
4. Pets are not allowed (the reservation will be canceled without a refund and $500 will be charged for deep cleaning).

6. No illegal activities. Inappropriate social behavior is also not allowed within the vacation resort. If this occurs, local authorities will be called.
7. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. Applies to cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cigars, vapes, etc. A $500 USD deep cleaning fee will be charged).
8. Keep the volume down between 10 pm and 7 am.
9. No food or drink in the rooms.
10. Please avoid wearing shoes on the carpet.
11. Dispose of garbage in the respective bins or down the chute before checking out.
12. The air conditioning must remain on at all times.
13. Respect the sheets and towels. Only pool towels may be removed from the property.
14. Please treat the furniture, electronics, and appliances with respect. None of these may be removed from the property.
15. Be sure to turn off lights and any electronic devices when leaving the apartment.
16. Don't forget to lock the doors and close the windows before leaving.
17. Comply with the established check-out time.
18. Report any damage or loss in a timely manner. Replacements must be paid by the guest.
19. Daily housekeeping is not included. If you wish to hire this service, please contact us for rates and availability.
20. Upon arrival you will find toilet paper and hand and dish soap. If these run out during your stay, the guest will need to replace them. Guests must bring their own toiletries.
21. The host, co-host, cleaning or maintenance team may enter the property to perform cleaning, protection or maintenance tasks. We will notify you when such entry is necessary.
22. Guests shall ensure their own safety while on the property by closing doors and windows properly.
23. Use of community pools, tennis courts, parks, and recreation areas is at your own risk. It is important that children are supervised at all times, especially when they are on the balcony or near windows. We cannot accept any responsibility for the personal safety of guests during their vacation.
