With 4 bedrooms and 4 beds, this home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. Enjoy the convenience of a washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, and a dedicated workspace. Soak in the hot tub after a day of adventures or relax by the indoor fireplaces. You'll also have access to a playground and hiking trails right from your doorstep. Nestled at an elevation of 8,800 feet, Silverpick is ideally situated halfway between the historic towns of Durango and Silverton. It borders the National Forest and is just 1 mile from the entrance to Purgatory Ski Resort, where you can enjoy a variety of restaurants, winter and summer activities, and festivals. Downtown Durango is only 25 minutes away. This pet-friendly home welcomes up to 2 dogs for a fee. Please note there is no air conditioning, as it's uncommon in this mountain climate.
