The condo features a modern kitchen with a wine fridge and updated appliances, plus a cozy dining area perfect for family-style meals. Stay comfortable year-round with air conditioning and a gas fireplace. Unwind in the evenings with a smart TV and streaming capabilities.

With a king bed in the primary bedroom and a queen bed in the second bedroom, the condo comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. An elevator provides easy access to the unit. Parking is available on 7th Avenue or Main Street, though overnight winter restrictions apply on Main Street. No trailer parking is allowed on-site.

Located at 7,800 feet, Ouray offers incredible outdoor adventures in every season. In warmer months, explore hiking trails, go rock climbing, or enjoy the summer music series in Fellin Park. In winter, bring your snowshoes, ice skates, or Nordic skis and experience the world-famous Ouray Ice Park. After a day of fun, relax at the Ouray Hot Springs or enjoy the local dining, breweries, and entertainment.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. A non-refundable $300 payment is required at booking, which is applied to the total. Cancellations or changes within 30 days of arrival forfeit the entire reservation amount.
