Enjoy a morning jog or bike ride along the serene river trail, just a block and a half from your door. Then, explore the city's renowned coffee shops, breweries, and independent boutiques. Inside, the condo features a master bedroom with a queen bed, TV, and ensuite bath, plus a second bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite bath. The living room offers a queen-size sleeper sofa with additional TV. Relax on the private deck and soak in views of the historic district below. This condo is equipped with all the essentials, including a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, and fast WiFi. Parking is provided in the alley behind the building. Please note there are 10 stairs to access the single-level unit. Durango is a year-round destination, and we're happy to help you plan summer adventures like whitewater rafting and horseback riding, or winter activities like ski rentals and snowmobile tours.
