• Rules: Minimum booking age is 25. Note that this home does not have AC, which is common for this elevation; fans and open windows keep the space cool.
• Booking Policy: A $300 non-refundable payment is required at booking (refundable only within 72 hours of booking). Reservations within 30 days of arrival require full payment. Cancellations within 30 days forfeit the full amount.
