The home is thoughtfully arranged to accommodate up to 7 guests. The sleeping quarters consist of 2 bedrooms with queen beds, complemented by an IKEA queen pull-out sofa and a single flip-out sofa bed located in the living room. With 2 bathrooms, there is ample space for everyone to feel comfortable. The second bedroom is particularly large, providing plenty of room for outdoor gear or an extra baby crib.

Inside, you will find a spacious kitchen equipped with everything needed to prepare and cook meals just like at home. For your convenience, the home includes full-size washer and dryer units, with the laundry room offering additional storage for your gear. During the summer months, the gated side deck is a wonderful place to relax and people-watch as visitors stroll up and down the street.

Located in a prime area of Silverton, the guest house allows you to easily walk to local shops and restaurants. The iconic Kendall Mountain serves as a gorgeous backdrop, offering beautiful views in every direction, especially as the sunset lights up the peak. The Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad drops guests off just half a block away, and the Kendall Mountain ski area is just a quick walk or drive down the street. For those visiting in winter, Silverton Mountain and Purgatory Ski Resort are accessible via a short drive (4WD is recommended). Many summer guests enjoy renting jeeps or side-by-sides to explore the famous Alpine Loop.
