The second bedroom is equipped with a Double and a Twin bed, and for additional guests, the main living space includes a Queen pull-out sofa. For your convenience, every bedroom is equipped with a TV.

The interior is decorated with high-end furnishings, creating an atmosphere of refined comfort. The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops and complete cooking utensils, making it a breeze to prepare great meals. In the main living area, you can unwind by the gas fireplace or step out onto the deck to enjoy the scenery from the provided chairs and table, where an electric grill is available for outdoor cooking.

Location is everything, and this condo places you just a short walk from the main plaza. You'll have convenient access to a variety of restaurants, a deli, great shops, and ski rentals. Guests may opt for an additional 4% resort fee to gain access to the Durango Mountain Club, which features a workout facility, an outdoor hot tub, and an outdoor heated pool with a slide.
