• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM
• Check-out: 12:00 PM
• A cash deposit of $100,000 COP is required at check-in for cabins, refundable upon inspection at departure.
• One jacuzzi filling is included per night; additional fillings are $50,000 COP each.
• Pets are welcome with an additional fee; please include them in your reservation.
• Parties, loud noises, and the consumption of psychoactive substances are strictly prohibited.
• Access is limited strictly to guests included in the reservation; no external visitors or service staff are permitted.

Note: As the property is located near the water, mosquito repellent is recommended. Additionally, the hotel is currently under development, so light construction sounds from wooden structures may be audible during the week.
