The space includes a fully equipped kitchen with essentials, allowing you to prepare meals at your own pace.

Outdoor living is easy with access to a shared courtyard featuring a picnic table and a propane grill for outdoor dining. The cottage is part of the gated Mission Rock Complex, consisting of three units that can be rented separately or together.

Located in a prime area of Ouray, guests are only a five-minute walk from the Ouray Hot Springs Pool, Fellin Park, and the Perimeter Trail access. If you are looking to explore further, Box Canyon Falls is just a five-minute drive away, while the shops, restaurants, and galleries of Main Street are only two blocks from your door.

Practical details for your stay include a check-in time of 4:00 PM and a check-out time of 10:00 AM. Parking is available for up to two regular-size vehicles in unassigned spaces on 7th Ave. This property is pet-friendly for a maximum of one dog, subject to a fee of $40 per day (up to a $250 maximum per stay), which must be confirmed at booking.

Important notes: To maintain the authentic mountain experience, this home does not have AC, which is uncommon for this elevation; fans and open windows are used to manage temperatures. Please be aware that the complex is currently for sale and guests may receive showing requests. Additionally, construction is underway across the alley, with crews adhering to City of Ouray noise ordinances. The minimum age to book this property is 25.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable $300 payment is required at booking (refundable only within 72 hours of booking). If arriving within 30 days, full payment is required. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival forfeit the entire reservation amount; cancellations made more than 30 days in advance forfeit only the initial $300 payment. Travel insurance is offered.
