The suite sleeps up to 4 guests with a king-size bed in the ensuite bedroom and a queen-size pull-out sofa bed in the common area. Located on the 3rd floor of Tower 1, the space offers mountain views from both the private balcony and the bedroom window — a welcome contrast to the neon energy just outside.

The layout spans two full bathrooms, including a large marble bathroom with dual sinks and vanities. The fully equipped kitchen features a four-burner stove and oven, full-size refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and coffeemaker — ideal for guests who prefer the flexibility of cooking in. Please note that cooking condiments and ingredients are not provided.

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Self check-in is available through the 24-hour front desk. If early check-in or late check-out cannot be accommodated, luggage storage is available before and after your stay.

A few important things to note: The Signature places a $100-per-night hold on your card (maximum $300 per unit), which is released after checkout. Daily housekeeping is not included but is available on demand for an additional fee. The entire building — including balconies — is strictly smoke-free. Pets are not allowed. At least one guest in the party must be 21 years of age or older to rent. There are no additional resort fees or hidden taxes.
