Additionally, an enclosed upstairs loft includes a comfortable queen pull-out sofa, providing extra space for family and friends.

Inside, the open living plan is complemented by wood floors and high-end furnishings and linens that create an inviting environment. Guests can relax by the wood fireplace or step out onto one of the two private decks to take in the surrounding scenery. The property is fully furnished and includes a full kitchen for all your meal-preparation needs.

While the unit does not have AC—which is uncommon for this elevation—the home stays plenty cool by opening windows in the evening and utilizing the west-facing blinds during the day.

Location & Neighborhood Ideally situated for adventure, Cascade Village is less than 2 miles north of Purgatory Resort and approximately 26 miles from the heart of Durango. Silverton is also within easy reach, located 25 miles to the south. Guests can take advantage of a complimentary ski shuttle to Purgatory Resort during the ski season on a first-come, first-served basis.
