Important policies include a strictly smoke-free environment throughout the entire building and balconies. A physical credit or debit card is required at check-in for incidentals; a hold of $100 per night per unit (maximum $300) will be placed on the card and released after checkout. Daily housekeeping is available on demand for an additional fee, as the standard cleaning fee covers only the pre-arrival and post-departure services. Pets are not allowed.
