The home is thoughtfully designed for relaxation and connection. The main level features a welcoming kitchen, dining room, and living room that flow naturally toward the outdoors. For sleeping arrangements, the property provides two bedrooms and two bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. The master bedroom on the main level features a king bed, while the upper level consists of a second bedroom and loft area equipped with a queen bed and two twin beds.

Experience the magic of the riverfront location from the expansive wraparound deck. This outdoor sanctuary includes a covered section with rocking chairs and benches, as well as an open area featuring a picnic table, BBQ grill, and chiminea fireplace. From here, you can enjoy your morning coffee, engage in river fishing, or gaze at the starry night skies. The surrounding landscape is breathtaking year-round, from the spectacular fall foliage of the aspen trees to the unique atmosphere of a winter mountain getaway.

Located just a 20-minute drive from Durango, the cabin provides a quiet escape with the convenience of the city nearby. Adventure seekers will love the proximity to nature; Lemon Lake is only 8 minutes away, and Vallecito Lake is a 15-minute drive, offering robust opportunities for boating, paddle boarding, and fishing. Guests also enjoy shared private access to the Florida River and Treasure Island, a community recreation area ideal for family picnics and nature adventures.

Practical Information:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Restrictions: No pets or emotional service animals allowed. Minimum booking age is 25.
• Winter Requirements: 4WD/AWD vehicles are required from Thanksgiving through late March.
• Important Notes: This home has very limited cell service. In keeping with most Colorado mountain resorts, the home does not offer central air-conditioning, though an AC unit is available in the upstairs bedroom.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking, applied toward the total stay. This is only refundable within 72 hours of booking. For arrivals within 30 days, full payment is required. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival forfeit the entire reservation amount; those made more than 30 days in advance forfeit the initial $300 deposit. For stays of 30+ nights, this window increases to 60 days. Travel insurance is available.
