The home features a thoughtful layout with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. The master bedroom is a sanctuary of comfort with a King sized bed, an ensuite bathroom, and doors that open directly to the outside garden. The second bedroom provides a new Queen sized bed, while the third bedroom offers two very comfortable long single beds that can be joined to create a King upon request.

Designed for togetherness, the living area boasts an open plan kitchen and lounge space. You can cosy up in front of the wood burner on a cold winter's night (firewood supplied) or stay beautifully warm with the heat pump. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for any meal, featuring a comprehensive range of cooking utensils and tableware.

Step outside to experience Wanaka's exceptional mountain views from the deck, where you can enjoy alfresco dining with a family barbeque or simply relax with a glass of wine as the sun sets. The property is fully fenced with a large backyard, providing a safe and spacious area for children to run around.
