This expansive residence features 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably hosting up to 12 guests. The sleeping arrangements are flexible, as all beds can be split into singles upon request. The master bedroom offers a king bed with pool views, a walk-in-robe, and an ensuite. Guest bedroom 2 features a queen bed, while bedroom 3 includes a king bed and a single bed with a trundle, offering beautiful courtyard views. The New York room (bedroom 4) and the Teenagers Retreat (bedroom 5) both feature king beds.

Whether visiting in the winter or summer, the home is equipped for every season. Winter guests can enjoy a huge open fire place, hydronic floor heating, and beautiful sun streaming through north-facing windows. Summer is best spent at the beautiful mineral salt swimming pool, heated to 29 degrees, alongside a large alfresco area. The pool cabana is a highlight, featuring an awesome Webber BBQ, outdoor oven, and a pizza oven for the perfect social experience.

Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. A $1,000 security deposit is required 14 days before arrival. This is a pet-friendly home (small, non-hair shedding dogs or cats) with a one-off fee of $110; pets are permitted to sleep in the laundry. Please note that strict noise restrictions apply with a 10:00 PM curfew, and guests under 28 years old must contact the host directly. Private functions and parties are strictly prohibited.
