The master suite offers a king-sized bed and a private bathroom, complemented by the largest flat-screen, high-definition television in the home. The second floor houses two themed bedrooms: one featuring a king-sized bed and another equipped with two full beds. Each bedroom includes its own high-definition television for your entertainment.

Guests will enjoy a modernized gourmet kitchen equipped with a stove, microwave, and dishwasher, along with all the necessary dishware, crockery, and cutlery to prepare home-cooked meals. For added convenience, the villa provides laundry facilities including a washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, and hair dryer.

Located in a secure gated community with electronic locks, the resort offers a magnificent clubhouse and a resort-style pool and hot tub. The clubhouse is a hub of activity, featuring a small bakery and café, basketball courts, a computer area, and a playground and playroom for children. • Starter Supplies: Provided for each bathroom (1 bar soap, 1 toilet paper roll, 1 trash bag) and kitchen (1 dish detergent, 1 dishwasher capsule, 1 sponge, 1 paper towel roll, 1 trash bag). Please note washcloths are not provided.
• Housekeeping: Professional cleaning is performed prior to arrival. Mid-stay cleaning is available for an additional fee; daily housekeeping is not included.
• Food Policy: Per Florida law, no open food, condiments, or coffee are provided.
• Additional Services: Pool heating (minimum 7 days or full stay) and BBQ grill rental are available for an extra fee with advance notice.
• Parking: Driver names must be registered in advance; please park only in designated areas to avoid towing.
