For a unique touch, an immersive galaxy projector is located above the bed, bringing a touch of Tekapo’s famous night sky indoors.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please note that this unit shares a common wall with an adjoining property, though a locked internal door and separate private entrances ensure security and privacy.

House Rules:

• No pets allowed
• No smoking or recreational drugs inside ($500 fee for violations)
• No loud noise after 10:00 PM
• No parties or events without prior approval
• Only registered guests permitted ($20 per night fee for unregistered guests)
• Plumbing Protection: Flush toilet paper only; all wipes must go in the bin (NZ$350 plumber call-out fee for violations)
• A $5 Community Infrastructure Contribution is added to every reservation to support local infrastructure.
