Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. At least one guest must be 21 years or older to rent the property. Please note that the entire building, including all balconies, is strictly smoke-free. While initial and final cleanings are included in the cleaning fee, daily housekeeping is available on demand for an additional price. The front desk will require a physical credit or debit card at check-in for incidentals; a hold of $100 per night (up to a $300 maximum) will be placed on the card and released after departure. Pets are not allowed.
