The Sunset main home is a luxurious home away from home, featuring a formal living space with a swinging chair, electric fireplace, and a custom exchange library. This residence includes a deceptively large kitchen with a custom coffee bar, two dining areas, and a dedicated workspace. Sleeping arrangements in the main home include the 'Tablerock' and 'Greenbelt' rooms with queen memory foam hybrid beds, an ensuite suite with a bathroom that doubles as a steam room, and the 'Stanley' room, which features a versatile twin daybed that converts into a king bed with a twin trundle.

For those seeking extra seclusion, the Little Sunset detached guesthouse is a private king suite featuring a king bed, a full spa-style bathroom with a walk-in rainfall shower, its own kitchenette, and a private washer and dryer. While the two homes are separate, a dividing gate can be unlocked and propped open, allowing your group to move naturally between the spaces.

Outdoor living is central to the experience. Guests have access to a covered patio with luxurious seating and a custom refinished dining table, a main lawn for yard games, a fire pit, and a seasonal garden offering fresh herbs, fruits, and vegetables. Little Sunset also features its own fully fenced courtyard.

Many of the unique furnishings throughout the property have been thoughtfully refinished by the owners' local business, New Hope Furniture, and may be available for purchase.
