The layout features 1 bedroom with a king bed and 1 bathroom. To accommodate up to 4 guests, the living area includes additional sleeping options with a sofa couch and a tall queen air mattress. The interior is designed for ease of living, boasting a nice size living room, a dedicated coffee bar to start your mornings right, and a full kitchen equipped with cookware. For your convenience, the unit also includes in-unit laundry and a smart TV with fast Wi-Fi.

While the unit provides a private retreat, guests have full access to an array of premium building features:

Practical details for your stay include a check-in time of 4:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM. To access the building, guests must retrieve a key fob from a lockbox in the garage. A parking pass is provided inside the unit; both the fob and pass must be returned to avoid a $100 replacement fee. Secured garage parking is available; however, guests must provide the vehicle make, model, and a photo of the driver's license for internal records. Alternatively, a safe dirt parking lot is available behind the building. Please note that large trucks may not fit in the garage above Level 2.

House rules are strictly enforced to ensure a peaceful environment: no smoking is permitted, and parties or events are prohibited, with a $1,000 fine for violations. Quiet hours are observed from 10pm to 8am. Pets are allowed only with prior approval and a $99 fee. If you log into personal streaming accounts on the TV, please remember to log out before your departure.
