Conveniently located just 30 minutes from Purgatory Ski Resort and 10 minutes from downtown Durango, this charming retreat provides easy access to a myriad of outdoor adventures and attractions. Pets are welcome at Animas Valley Overlook, with a maximum of two dogs allowed for an additional fee. Please note that the property requires climbing several stairs to access. The owners live on-site in the home next door, and there is an additional guest apartment on the property as well.
