Every bedroom includes premium 10-inch Cariloha mattresses with luxury Cariloha sheets, spacious storage drawers, closets with hangers, and nightstands with reading lamps. The two bathrooms feature vanities, towels, hair dryers, and luxury heated toilet seats with hot water bidets.

The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern stainless steel appliances including a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher, plus a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and blender. Indoor dining accommodates 6 guests, while the outdoor dining area provides seating for 6 more with stunning red rock views. The comfortable living room features a large sectional sofa, lounge chair, and 75-inch HDTV with streaming services.

Outdoor amenities include a private hot tub available year-round, natural gas fire pit, BBQ grill with barbecue utensils, and outdoor furniture for 8 guests. Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM, with checkout at 10:00 AM. The property offers self check-in with keypad access and free parking on premises. Please note the hot tub is serviced on Mondays with maintenance crew access through the home. This main-level unit is completely separate from the downstairs rental with no shared spaces.
