The interior is thoughtfully appointed with a fully equipped kitchen featuring barstool dining, a dedicated coffee bar stocked with essentials, and a smart TV for entertainment.

Practical Information & Rules: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Guests must retrieve a key fob from a garage lockbox and return both the fob and parking pass to the fridge upon departure; a $100 fee applies if either is lost. Secured garage parking is available upon provision of the vehicle's make and model and a photo of the driver's license; alternatively, a safe dirt parking lot is located behind the building. Please note that large trucks may not fit in the garage above Level 2.

• No parties or events (violation results in a $1,000 fine)
• Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
• Pets are allowed with prior approval and a $99 fee

Note: The pool is seasonal and closed from mid-October until spring, while the hot tub remains open year-round.
