Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Arrival is seamless via self check-in, requiring the retrieval of a key fob from a garage lockbox. Please note that the key fob and parking pass must be returned to the fridge at checkout to avoid a $100 fee.

Parking is provided in the garage. For those with larger vehicles, such as lifted trucks, free parking is available in the dirt lot behind the building. To use the secured garage, guests must provide the vehicle make, model, and a photo of the driver's license for internal records.

House rules include no smoking and no parties or events (violation results in a $1,000 fine). Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. While the hot tub is open year-round, the pool is seasonal and closes from mid-October until spring.
