For added convenience, the upper level also hosts a spacious family bathroom equipped with a separate bath, shower, and toilet.

The heart of the home is a light-filled open-plan living and dining area where large windows frame uninterrupted water views. Guests can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, and full-sized refrigerator.
