One of the home's best features is the presence of two separate living areas, allowing groups to gather or find quiet respite. The first is a formal living space complete with a comfortable couch, a swinging chair, an electric fireplace, and a custom exchange library. The second living area is adjacent to a deceptively large, fully equipped kitchen featuring a custom coffee bar and multiple dining areas.

Beyond the interior, the living space extends to a wonderful outdoor area. Guests can enjoy a covered patio with luxurious seating and a custom refinished dining table, a fire pit, yard games, and a seasonal garden offering fresh herbs, fruits, and vegetables. Adding to the home's unique character, many furniture pieces have been thoughtfully restored by the owners' local business, New Hope Furniture.

Located in the historic downtown portion of Boise on Sunset Ave, the property is situated in an established, quiet, and peaceful neighborhood. You will find mature landscaping, the nearby Sunset Park, and multiple access points to Boise's Greenbelt. A vehicle is recommended to fully experience the city's attractions.
