The sleeping arrangements for each house are identical: one bedroom with a California King bed, one bedroom with a Queen bed, and one bedroom featuring two Queen beds. The large master suites offer direct access to the pool and include spacious en-suite bathrooms, while the bright guest bedrooms share a separate bath.

Designed for gathering, the huge, fully-appointed kitchens anchor airy living and dining areas, featuring large islands perfect for cocktails or preparing a poolside feast.
